How does a Customer Loyalty Card work?

It is simple. While shopping, you accumulate points which are stored on your card account as a token of goodwill. Simply present the card at every purchase over CZK 90 and the shop assistants will add a respective bonus to your card. To learn how much you receive for your purchase in respective shops, please refer to an information leaflet at the shop’s desk. Please read the terms and conditions of use of the card on the back side of the gift envelope, in the registration form or on www.palacflora.cz. You also should know that you may not combine rewards from this Customer Loyalty Programme with rewards from other special programmes or offers.
