What if I lose the card or have it stolen from me?

It is not possible to replace a card which has only the gift function activated. However, if you lose your Customer Loyalty Card, which is registered, or if it is stolen from you, you should contact the help desk at Palác Flóra immediately either personally or by telephone. They will block the card straight away. If you have your card blocked by mistake and find the card again, call the assistants at the desk again to unblock it. In case you need a new card, you will need to come to the help desk personally within 2 days of the card’s blocking. Otherwise your card will become unblocked again. Blocking, unblocking and creation of a new card are free of charge.
