What if the card stops working?
Even though it is our sincere hope that no problems should occur, it is useful to know what to do if you are a tad unlucky. As a card holder, it is one of your obligations to protect the card against physical damage and theft.
If your card stops working, simply turn the malfunctioning card in at the reception desk at Palác Flóra on the 3rd floor. The assistants will then transfer your bonus money and give you a new card.
