About the Loyalty Programme

For every purchase in selected stores a sum of money will be added to your customer account - 7 - 15% of the sum spent will be added to your customer account. You are free to choose anything from the wide variety of goods on offer in selected stores. Moreover, as a member of the Programme you are entitled to receiving a bulletin with news and special offers, as well as free parking in Palác Flóra.
How do you enter the Programme? First, you will need to register your customer card online. You will receive the card either for a purchase exceeding CZK 500 or as a gift. Then, after you have registered, you may use the card to accumulate points while shopping.
